This was a concept app for Hololens that would allow a technician to perform various tasks such as checking the hardware status, troubleshoot fixes, go through tutorials, or go on a tech support call.
I built a 3D model that is overlaid on the rack they are checking and can point out components that need attention. Using the headset allows them to keep their hands free, and when changing out components it can take a picture of the wiring so that they can remember how to rewire it again. I also set up the app to use the voice recognition to demonstrate a tech support call where you can go through a full conversation as if you were actually on a call.
The UI was designed by our team and then I built out the app for Hololens with Unity.
