The games are available to play here: https://www.stroke.org/en/fast-experience/
This is a web browser game that we made for the American Heart Association that helps people remember the signs of a stroke so that they can get help quickly. Each game demonstrates one of the signs to look for: arm weakness, losing balance, eyesight problems, face drooping, and slurred speech. Each game gives examples of the a condition and the player needs to decide if they might be experiencing a sign of a stroke and that they should call 911.
We first did the English version which is F.A.S.T. and then we did the Spanish version which is R.A.P.I.D.O
For this project, we had an animation studio do the animation graphics and then I used those and built the games. Since this was for web browsers and needed to be compatible with desktop and mobile we used PlayCanvas for the games which can do both 3D and 2D games. The main advantage with PlayCanvas is that it's a WebGL engine so it has a high level of compatibility with devices and browsers.
